• Delivery is available within Accra and Tema.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day before 12:00 PM.
• Saturday orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day.
• Saturday orders after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.
• Bulk orders will be delivered within two working days.
• Orders on Sundays or Public Holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
• Our couriers will call prior to delivery. If no one is available and the recipient is unreachable, the order will be returned and a new delivery fee will apply.
• For third-party deliveries, the company is not liable for any loss or damage.
• Timely delivery is subject to stock availability and confirmed payment.
• In case of unavoidable delays (e.g. logistics issues, bad weather), customers will be promptly informed.
